Which O/S are you using? Which version of IDU? (3.0.11.16 is the latest)

I'm using Vista, and not using OneCare, so I can't help you there.
Perhaps you can contact Intel support (email/form, not phone),
complain about the incomptibility between the two programs,
and see if they can provide an answer. If MS provides free OC
support, try that route too.

Have you tried uninstalling IDU, rebooting and reinstalling it?
That might prompt OC to let the program and its services through
the firewall.
