Head over to
www.guru3d.com. Locate, download and install Driver
Sweeorer. Then:
-- Uninstall the nVidia card drivers
-- Reboot and start in Safe Mode
-- Run Driver Sweeper so as to clear out "left-over" settings / files.
-- Reboot
-- Cancel XP "New Hardware Wizard."
-- Download latest nVidia driver compatible with your GeForce 6150LE
and XP (32 bit)
-- Reboot.
nVidia drivers have been known to be buggy and leaves older settings /
files when updating to a newer version. Driver Sweeper has been
developed to "clear" out the left-over files / settings. Then, XP
will attempt to use the standard VGA driver during the time you
install the nVidia Forceware drivers.
