Well your cpu is not multiplier locker, so run it at the "proper" mhz
(around 2083?, 2133 perhaps) with a 133mhz bus. If it is stable, it is not
the CPU.
You can also try running the mobo at 166mhz while underclocking the CPU to
1666mhz for example. If it still fails, the problem is with the mobo or
memory. Lastly try running with only 1 memory stick installed, see if they
both fail at 166mhz.
