Since you do not post you power supply or case fans, I think they might be
the fault. You need at least 350w psu and at least one case fan for your
rig. Check voltages, check temperatures.

I have a 350w PSU and i have tried upping the voltage.....its not fans
either i have 3 case fans and a Processor fan from hell (with artic silver
compund between) i have NO temp issues.....
I really think its mobo or processor...any one have simular experance?

Well your cpu is not multiplier locker, so run it at the "proper" mhz
(around 2083?, 2133 perhaps) with a 133mhz bus. If it is stable, it is not
the CPU.

You can also try running the mobo at 166mhz while underclocking the CPU to
1666mhz for example. If it still fails, the problem is with the mobo or
memory. Lastly try running with only 1 memory stick installed, see if they
both fail at 166mhz.
