I have a new wireless network too. The wireless card is set to 'obtain an IP
address automatically'. In this auto configure mode the subnet mask is being
set to 255.0.0.0. The result appears to be that I can't bring up pages with
IP addresses beginning with 192 since the router is on 192 as well. Some
examples of pages that don't load are
www.adobe.com and
www.fcc.gov. So far
my attempts to set a static IP address for the card have failed - it doesn't
work at all. Linksys tech support has been responsive but not especially
helpful. Check your subnet mask - it should be 255.255.255.0. Maybe someone
with more networking knowledge can help both of us.
