Hey,
If your looking to gain a lot of speed the XP2000 Palomino it won't give
you what you were hoping for. I have a K7S5A and an XP2000 with PC133 RAM
and it's fast enough for most things including most games. I suggest
another MB and CPU combo if you have the need for speed. On the less
expensive side, the XP1700 OC's a ton and is the best econo CPU. I am
building a new system with an ABIT NF7-S and a XP2700+ .. so that I can play
ALL games faster.
