Since I collect a certain (useable) item, I do use eBay occasionally for
that and a few other things. I have had excellent luck with the quality
I've received. But I do watch out for the many (easily recognizable)
scams, I do mostly last-minute bidding, and I scrutinize seller ratings.
I do think one can use eBay without getting burned if care is taken.
