I can't say what the problem is, as, when I click on the URL that I supplied, I go directly to the
web site. Did you enter the 'country' info as requested? You need to select that before entering
any data. Sorry, that's all I can think of...

Thanks, I think. Encouraged by your response, I tried again this time
using MS Internet Explorer instead of my preferred Netscape. This time I
reached the site successfully, but got the good old Hp runaround. I
entered the power supply number I got off the unit, and received the
message that that part no. was no longer available, and suggested
another part number for the PS. When checking that no. I received a
similar message (no longer available,) but use yet another equivalent
number. Checking on that, I received the message, "not orderable." I'm
not completely desperate yet, and my ultimately call HP. I have a minor
problem which seems referable to the power supply, and have discovered
that the standard ATX supply is not quite compatible with the HP 8190,
in that it lacks a couple of connectors / outputs I apparently need.
