The performance bottleneck isn't the memory.
It "must" be the CPU, with its defective power saving switch related
technology.
I have a Dynabook SS 3500, a Japanese version of the "same" thing.
The CPU runs no faster than 323mhz, but feels even slower.
I don't know how to makes it run faster.
My thin Sharp Actius Pentium2 300mhz laptop runs faster than this
Toshiba that claims to be a 1.33 Ghz machine.
Toshiba 3500 tablet PC users need to find enough users with similar
problem to demand a refund from Toshiba.
