The driver has to be on a floppy.

If you want Wndows XP setup to see past 137 GB on hard drives, the XP
CD must incorporate SP1 or later. Slipstream the service pack into the
XP CD.

Install the device drivers (AMD chipset, LAN, video, sound, etc.).
