We do ours by setting up one as the "master" and doing a backup of it;
then the "slave" (if you want) restores from that. That's kind of basic
sharing, I let the oul' Woman "run" the calendar and I just look at it
and agree. If _I_ need to add something, I do it in _her_ account; that
may not be possible in your case.

If you want both accounts to be able to update (act as "masters"), you
can look into the publishing thing, but I've never been able to get it
to work, 10.5.8.
