Will,
I am memeber of an Altigen Dealer. I know the AltiGen web site may not
be direct when looking for cetain things. If you are on version 3.5 or
4 you are really missing out on a lot! AltiGen is about to release
Version 6.0 in less than 30 Days.
AltiGen has replaced the Quantum Series Board with the Triton Series
Boards. The particular board you are talking about is an analog 8 x 4
channel trunk board if I am not mistaken. The replacement board today
would be a ALTI-TTAT-8. This is a 8 trunk PCI board for the AltiGen
Systems.
I have put some PDF's released by AltiGen on our website for you to
download and view. Take a look at whats out and you can see AltiGen
has made a lot of advanacement since the system you are on was
released.
Let me know if you have any questions.Lets see if we can come up with
a plan to get you the latest and greatest without breaking the bank.
Altigen does have a few promotions out that did expire that would let
you trade in your old boards and phones and literally get the new toys
at pennies on the dollar. We may be able to swing these things your
way if we act sooner rather than later!
Please let me know if we can help:
