Actually I can download with 600 KB/sec and upload with 90 KB/sec.

After I have downloaded many web pages in many web browser I can notice the
CPU getting HOGGED to death by all the flash CRAP.

Which is 99.9% ADVERTISEMENTS

0.1% of the websites actually uses flash for their intro or websites all
together.

I could even de-install flash and only install it when I need it because
installing it
takes 2 seconds.

However when flash is de-installed I get these nag screens as do all other
users of internet exploder.

Fixing the software goes a long way to getting more speed
