Hello,

in this situation I would suggest that you switch components, since
this has happened on 2 boards, starting with the power supply.

Also, a rule of testing, simplify the system as much as possible, only
one cpu, only one memory, no PCI cards, etc.

Also remove the round cmos battery together with the power supply so
that the cmos would be cleared.
