A very few programs have an un-installer.
With the Mac just drag the program to the trash and empty it. Or select
the application press (Command Key (apple) + Delete puts item in trash,
then hold down the Shift key + Command Key + Delete, this will empty the
trash.
What programs do you want to delete and why? As a newbie you may not
realize their value.
