Hi Brad:
Look in Device Manager. There should be a host controller(s) and one
of them should be "Enhanced".

Any PC older than about 1 year is USB 1.1. You can find out for sure
by looking in Device Manager under USB. If there's no "Enhanced"
controller, you don't have USB 2.0.
