According to documents on HP's web site, the DesignJet 500 uses EIO JetDirect
cards. Your logical choices for Ethernet are HP part numbers J4169A (10/100
Ethernet), J3110A or J3111A, the latter 10BaseT Ethernet only... Ben Myers
