Well considering that the M2A-VM doesn't support the
6400+

I wouldn't consider using it. This board does not support any 125W
CPUs.
They were listed at first but presumably ASUS have had problems with
the
power needed and they have been removed from the supported list.

The Biostar board doesn't support 125W CPUs either:
