start/run/'services.msc', and scroll down to "Windows Wireless Zero
configuration service". If it's not on, start it and choose to make the
service automatic.
You should then be able to either click on the Windows wireless icon in the
systray, or manage the connection through your 'network connections' folder.
If necessary, disable the Dell Wireless (Broadcom)/or Intel wireless in
msconfig if it still wants to fight over the connection.
Lately I prefer to let Windows manage most of systems/cards I've come
across.
