Replacing K7v DragonPlus

Hi again, I have been offered a SY K7VEM Pro motherboard as a replacement for my K7V DragonPlus that appears to have 'died'. Is this a feasable option please, or not the right board for the job. If anyone can tell me, I would sincerely appreciate hearing from you.
