restart problem on my msi mobo

i have an msi mobo that keeps on restarting when i go to shut down. i
heard there was a recall on their mobos due to a faulty capacitor or
something. is this true? what models are included in this recall?

Check your manual. I suspect there is a BIOS setting for reaction to loss of
power.
