Restarting

I recently bought a new processor and a new motherboard. It's a AMD
Athlon 2600+ and a Asus A7V8X-X motherboard. I installed a new version
of Windows XP and now my PC keeps shutting off all the power and
restarting again. I thought this was a hdd problem but I installed a
new hdd and installed my os on him. Still the same problem. This is
totally random and, I have all the new updates for windows XP and
norton antivirus. I have a 3D card that is about 2 years old (G-force
4400 ti). Could this be a problem with that or a my power supply. All
the jumpers on my CD-ROM, hdd and motherboard are correct. When my PC
does this it does not give any warning and after some time I start
having regestry problems.

Test RAM with Memtest from http://www.memtest.org/#downiso.

If it tests OK, I would strongly suspect the PSU.
