resume from S3 hang with pci-e 1x NIC

hi

got a problem with resumeing from S3 after i switched to a pci-e 1x NIC from CNet (rtl8186
based)

the computer hangs when trying to resume!!! black screen, power to kb, no responce from
RESET or POWERBUTTON!! cpu-fan (asus qfan) goes max speed... i have to pull powercord to
stopp it!!



i had a PCI based D-link DGE528T NIC before, with this nic S3 was WORKING flawlessly!!
(this was the ONLY change...)


hw: BIOS 0401(and BETA 0503), amd 5200+, 4g (2x 2g corsair XMS2 pc6400), 8800gts 320m @
pci-e 16_1 (w switchcard) config 16+8, CNET realtek rtl8186 1x pci-e @ pci-e1_1, onboard
ALC883 used, 3x SATA HDD's + SATA DVD-RAM, USB keyboard + mouse, xp pro sp2 all updates,
NON-OC environment

all drivers are latest "stable" found!!

MCE tool report S3/S4, DumpPo tool reports S3 as min/def level

keyboard is triggered to wake only, but kb+mouse+nic is reported by mce tool as capable!
