Runtime error 22 at 004062CE

I am getting a runtime error (Runtime error 22 at 004062CE) when I install my
Pantech UM150 wireless USB modem in my ITRONIX dou-touch gobook. I am
running Windows XP tablet PC Edition. I have unistalled and reinstalled the
most current drivers several times. The error continues to pop up at the
rate of about one every second until the device is removed. I can connect to
the internet, however the error message will continue to pop up -indefinately
I assume. I have found no other problems. Verizon tech support has no ideas
-does anyone out there have any suggestions?
