SB95P V2 - Mobo issue?

I've got a 3yr old SB95P V2.... it's been humming away like a champ
for the past 3 years.
About 6 mos.ago I moved it into an enclosed space and believe that it
may have been over-heating as a result.

Then out of the blue, no warning, it just stopped a couple of weeks
ago.

So now when I start it, the Power Supply and CPU fans start up, the
HDD spins, the DVD drive runs, but no POST, no BIOS, no beeps (did it
ever? I can't recall). Nothing, nada.

I've tried the following:
1) Replacing the Video card.
2) Replacing memory
3) Replacing CMOS battery (and doing a reset)
4) Verfiying that the CPU hasn't melted down.
5) Used a voltometer to verify the power supply connections.

Currently I have nothing installed other than RAM and CPU, when it
boots... still nothing.

So...
1) Does anybody have any other suggestions? At this point all signs
point to mobo failure.
2) Anybody know where I can get a new mobo for this? Scouring via
google has not be helpfull. Just looking for the mobo, but will
consider other spare parts too.

I'm really disappointed cause I can't believe the thing crapped out on
me after only 3 years. I was hoping to use it as a file/print server
at least for the next 3-4 years.

TIA,
Kevin.

I share your pain.

Shutdown my SB75G2 over a year ago. Was working sweet.

Powered up the other day and nothing... just spinning fans.

I suspect the power supply stage going to the CPU.

Going to put the parts onto a new AUD$80 board in an old case and use it
as a file/web server.

I've used a variety of Shuttle XPC's and the only faults I've ever had
with them were the PSU's dying after 1-4 years. Even though the
voltmeter may be giving correct readings, rig up a different PSU
temporarily (350W or more) and see if it works.

Even had one that would only switch on after 10 minutes of pressing the
power button! Replaced PSU, it worked fine...

Yes. I've seen a few of the delayed start up. The users used press
"power on" then
go and brew up. When they came back it may or may not have really
started up.
If you think Windows can be slow, wait till you have one of these PSUs
on the
front of it.
As you say replacing PSU always fixed it. I investigated one and
replaced
leaking swollen capacitors. That fixed it.

I also had three that stopped driving the fans (Smartfan I think). They
used to
overheat and shut down. I replaced a motherboard and after a month or
two it
went the same way. In the end I connected the fans to 7v permanently.

Did the exact same thing with a SN41G2! Fan stopped spinning, no
voltage on the motherboard pins, so wired it permanently on at 7V. My
SN21G5 at home is working fine for over a year, just waiting for the PSU
to go...

The XPCs with the failing fans were SK83Gs. They actually had two
headers that could drive the CPU fan. Over time they all gave up.
