ScanJet 5590 & Acrobat/XP

I just purchased the HP 5590 Scanner and am having a few issues:

1. The commerical twain driver (Pixel) from their CD and Web site only
displays "Driver does not support this scanner. Please see
www.scannerdrivers.com" Any ideas on how to resolve this?

2. Also, I am unable to get Acrobat 6.0 Professional to receive
multiple pages from the HP Imaging Software (using the basic Twain
driver). The HP software scans every page and I click accept, but only
the first page is sent back to Adobe.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I just bought the same scanner, with the same problem and error message when trying to use the commercial twain. Bummer.

I'd love some help if anyone has any ideas (other than chucking the scanner and starting over).
