Screen Orientation Button no longer works (Gateway Tablet)

I have a Gateway CX2620. After loading WinXP SP3 my screen orientation button
no lorger works. I've gone through the various Q&A and I'm not sure which
would apply to my Gateway.

I am actually having the same problem... I have contacted gateway and they
refuse to help me because my computer isnt under warranty but its only 2 yrs
old. Have you found any solutions?

Have you found out how to fix the problem. I have the same problem
