Second SATA Drive on SY-P4I865PE Plus D2

Hey people! This is probably some serious newbie help but I am no
completely computer illiterate so don't worry about confusing me.

I have installed a fourth HD (2 IDE and now 2 SATA) on my SY-P4I865P
Plus D2 through the second SATA port.

It is detected in the CMOS as well as the device manager in Window
however I notice it is not selected (with an "X") in the BIOS as m
other SATA drive is and I cannot access it in Windows.

How do I go about solving these problems? I need more storage I hav
more storage I just can't use it!
