Serial port B address conflict detected

Hi,

I just installed a modem card in my computer and since then I have
this message every time I turn it on : "Serial port B address conflict
detected". I can press F1 and every thing seems to be just fine but I
would realy like to get rid of this message. So what is the problem
and how can I fix it?
