Shutdown problem

We have a demo HP 2730p tablet PC which we have reimaged with our standard
Windows XP Tablet Edition 2005 image. When we try to shutdown this unit it
goes to a blue screen then just sits there forever. The only way to shut it
down completely is to hold the power button for a few seconds until it goes
dead. This image works on our HP TC4400 tablets just fine, but not with
this one. I know MS has a patch for a hibernation issue (KB909095), but I
haven't been able to find a patch for this.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately no idea for curing the problem except making a fresh
install from scratch and adding the HP drivers.

IMHO the 2730 is just ways to far from the tc4400 to use the same
image.
