I'm not sure if the snipping tool is able to capture Windows Media Player
video which may be playing in an "video overlay" which is how DVD movies are
almost always played. To capture this kind of video, you will need a screen
capture program with more muscle like SnagIt (
www.snagit.com) from
TechSmith. It's screen capture on steroids and can capture just about
anything you can see.
