Don't see it here, either, on four different Macs.

I saw it twice in Tiger, and once (I think?) in Leopard. So far, not at
all in Snow Leopard.

any powerpc apps? it appears to be a buggy rosetta that's causing the
problem, far more often than before.

Quite a bit more than a hundred, perhaps twice that, according to System
Profiler. I don't run all of them, obviously, but a couple dozen that
I've run a bit since SL saw daylight here seem to work normally.

Good thing that I checked, btw, since there is a bunch of cruft to clean
out. Adobe's never-sufficiently-to-be-damned AIR, in particular, comes
to mind.

Might could be. Haven't seen it yet here, though.

Haven't heard of that one. The only problem I've had is that Thoth will
just vanish to a blue screen for a second and require a restart (of
Thoth).

AppleWorks is causing this problem for me. The only other Power PC app
that I am using at this time is an old game, Medal of Honor. The game
works fine.

Thanks for the responses guys. I think I will wait till it becomes a
little bit more stable.
