SPDIF on P4P800 Deluxe Doesn't work

Hi,
first of all excuse me for my english...
I have installed last Soundmax driver and Intel Chipset driver,but my SPDIF
coax doesn't work well.
yes, because sometimes I can hear ,from my ampli, 5.1 channels, but in other
moments no.
I don't know why... :-(
If I change audio settings and then put them as before, sometimes works and
sometimes doesn't
Sometimes, instead, it doesn't work at all.

If you can help me, I will be very happy,
