Sunon CPU Fan Replacement

I am in need of a replacement fan that is making an awful grinding noise.
The old fan is a Sunon KDE1245PFO2-8, 12V, 0.6w. There were a few other
letters/numbers on the fan: K9603 ZP CLE.

Has anyone replaced this fan and can offer some assistance?

Sunon is an OEM manufacturer and most unlikely to sell quantity of one direct.
Better to measure the dimensions of the fan, take note of the type of connector
from fan to power supply or mobo, and buy any brand of replacement that meets
the requirements... Ben Myers
