Sun's definition of "shortly"?

Received on 21 March:

Thank you for contacting Sun. Your request will processed and we will
contact you shortly.

That's verbatim BTW. Anyway, no reply to my enquiry as yet. In my
experience "shortly" does not mean "more than a month".

I wanted to know how to obtain a replacement "Drivers and Tools" CD for
a V20Z. Several Sun FAQs state that the ISO is available to download, I
can't find the ISO anywhere on the Sun support websites. Does anyone
know if the disk/ISO exists anywhere?

http://www.sun.com/servers/entry/v20z/downloads.jsp

Not all of the downloads listed are in .iso form, but at least some of them
are. Certainly the last item, Sun fire V20z Server 2.2.0.6 ISO image is.

Err yes thanks. I had found that page, but it's notable for not having
the "Drivers and Tools" CD ISO on it. I was looking for the (fairly
minimal) tool set for management of the on-board LSI RAID controller.
I've managed to download an IBM/AMD set of tools which sort of do the
job but they're not completely compatible with the Sun implementation.
