How to switch L7VMM3 from RPL to PXE?

We have 20 white boxes with these boards and would like to boot them
over the network. Unfortunately they are all configured for RPL (Novell)
instead of PXE.
I found the "flash.exe" utility on the CD, it told me I the BootROM
flash is disabled, and when I set the boot method to PXE it still boots
trying to use RPL.

Any ideas?
