Don't tell people to shut up when you obviously haven't read the whole
story, or didn't understand what happened.

It seems clear to me and hopefully everybody else that Newegg sent an order
cancellation confirmation receipt to JS, and then proceeded to bill and ship
the order *several days after* this.
That is an error on Newegg's part, just as much as making a mistake in the
order was an error on JS' part.

Both these are errors, and understandable. What's not an error nor
understadable is resellerratings.com censoring his mildly displeased review
of the transaction, which he as a customer should have full rights to make.

Regards,
