P4S5A/DX+ Fan control

Hey

I have a P4S5A/DX+ motherboard and I would like to know if the motherboard
supports fan control.
The reason I am asking is that it never seems to slow down the CPU fan.
Its running at about 33 - 35 degrees.

And another question is there any windows hardware monortirings programs
avaliable that work with this board.
I tried the one from the CD that came with the board but it diden work.
I also tried the one from ITE suppostu work with IT8705F.
