Thanks for the tip, I bought the same modem at Fry's for $15 w/$10 rebate
Sat. but the rebate form doesn't have the 3652 listed. I'll probably take it back today and see what they say about the rebate form not having the 3652 listed. I was just curious to see how the Creative chip compared to PCtel which is in 2 other ECS machines I built and a generic modem w/Intel chip which is in my K7S5A now and works fine, but had to disable on board sound and put a sound card in to get modem to work.
