Does just unplugging your AC from the PSU for several minutes do the same
thing? "M" <... > I often can't turn it back easily. > > I run my machine 24/7 with no problems. Runs like a champ. Did that several months ago when I was experiencing freezes on a cold
boot. However I'm now having problems booting at all (meaning my cooling fans won't even turn on)! I am having the same issue. Not on every bootup but every once in a while.
Usually taking the cover off and wiggling the wire from the heatsink fan to the mobo will fix it. Sounds like a short to me. Other fans in my pc turn on it's just the one going to my heatsink that doesn't start up. In article <>, (M) wrote: >Did that several months ago when I was experiencing freezes on a cold >boot.
