I bought an Athlon XP2400+ today (ukp45, code AXDA2400DKV3C) which runs beautifully in my K7S5A. As this is a Thoroughbred B, hopefully when I come to upgrade my mobo this chip will do 166FSB/333DDR without complaint. Have my eye on an NForce2 board, particularly the Soltek SL- NV400-64. This was on sale at today's computer fair for ukp59. In the past, I have seen links to a Web site into which one can enter the CPU manufacture code for a complete low-down on the chip but now cannot find it. A google has not helped. Can anyone refresh my memory, please? I found the following for AXDA2400DKV3C: AXDA: Tbred B 2400: obvious D: ? K: 1.65V (L:1.5v, U=1.60v, K=1.65v, M=1.7v) V: 85C max (T:90C, V:85C) 3: ? C: ? |
