Geforce4 440Mx and K7S6A

I was offered a NVIDIA Geforce4 440MX card, used but as new, for a cheap
price. I have a K7S6A, and I read about incompatibilities of this
motherboard with Geforce4 440MX cards. Have somebody had an experience of
this?
