Help!!

didn't know where to write...

When I try to Install Kazaa Media Desktop I get a message in a little
box when the Install shield wizrd is preparing...saying

Internal failure
Error number 0x8002802B
Can't find the element

and then another message comes up after I have closed the first
saying:

Install Dialogue
error loading InstDlg.ddl
error-1

please help me! what can I do??
