Asus V9560VS GeForce FX 5600 VideoSuite in SN41G2?

Can anyone please tell me whether the Asus V9560VS GeForce FX 5600
VideoSuite 128MB graphics card is known to be fully compatible with the
SN41G2 nForce2? I believe the Radeon 9700 All-in-Wonder cards have been
giving people problems in these machines, and I'm looking for a possible
alternative.

My system is a Shuttle SN41G2, with Athlon 2500+ XP cpu, 1x512MB Samsung
PC2700 RAM, 160GB Maxtor HD, DVD-ROM, FD, Windows XP Pro SP1.

(Would the V9560VS be roughly comparable in performance with a 9700
A-I-W?)
