bought a new motherboard, so I removed the AK35 GT motherboard ( with XP1600
CPU) from case. It was working perfect at the time. I came across another case later (300 Watt Power supply working), so i decided to use the AK35 board in it for a spare computer. I assembled the computer with known "good" parts. Now, I can't get the AK35 board to boot. It won't beep at all. I tried another video card, no help. I cleared bios several times. Any suggestions? Thanks! |

You didn't say if you get anything on your monitor, so I will assume
that you did not. You did not say if your fans and WOL light on the board spin up, so I will assume that they do. If so, that means that the unit isn't even reaching the BIOS. Okay, then it gets simpler. It going to be either: > Bad Board > Bad CPU > Bad Memory stick Carefully check each one of these; your problem is one of them. |
