Bios updtae error on SB51G

HI,
I tried to update my bios FB51S030 to FB51S034. I had boot on CD with DOS
6.22 and I executed FB51S034.exe.
I had this message : Err create1.
Somebody can help me before i mail Shuttlr support ?
My conf :
SB51G + 512 DDR (333) + Intel Celeron 2Ghz +CDRW Samsung 48x/16x/48x +
Maxtor (6E040L0)IDE 40 Go
Soft WinXP Pro Sp1

take the zipfile and trie agan.
and Enable Bios upd in Bios.
