Doesn't the 875 offer superior SATA performance? It might be worth
waiting for. I've owned three Soyo boards, the last being an early
production Dragon K7V that was somewhat dissappointing. It had several
quirky problems that I was never able to resolve. I finally replaced it
a month ago with an Asus A7N8X that so far has performed flawlessly.
What happened to John Howland? By the way, my other 2 SOYO boards, a
5EAS5 and 5EHM ran perfectly, in fact the 5EHM is still in use and
running strong.

John Howland moved with his family to another state, his wife got
transferred. And he decided that the money it was costing him to stay in the
computer business just wasn't worth the hassle thanks to some of the people
who where computer illiterate that he had to deal with. I have the 875
chipset and so far it has been flawless.
