p4x400 dragon ultra platinum

I need some advise,
I am considering a new purchase of this board, does anyone have this
board and
if so have you had any issues?

I currently have a shuttle av49n and not real happy with the
performance and would like to try another brand with the latest stuff.
I really don't know anything about raid and wonder if this board you
have to use that feature.
Any help or suggestions on good products would be greatly appreciated.
