Gateway Mobo Upgrade

    I have a Gateway MFATXNIN NMZ 300S CEL ; Intel Celeron 2GHz 266MHz Mem
    400MHz BUS

    The Bios Version is RG84510A.15A.0021.P11

    I was wondering what the best mobo upgrade would be for this specific machine. Thanx.:)
