Gigabyte MA785GM-US2H PCI Problem

    I bought a MA785GM-US2H motherboard and found a peculiar problem with PCI slots. Whenever I use a TV tuner card from ATI I get problems. I have a TV Wonder Pro and a TV Wonder 650 Theater card. Both cards have an issue with the tuner. The tuner will only go up to about channel 21. After that it won't find channels on either card. I'm thinking this might be remedied some way in the BIOS settings but haven't seen anything that would help.

    I've tried the cards in other computers and they both work fine, just on this MB they have problems. I'm holding out hope that it's not a bad MB but some settings. Is anyone else having this problem or know about this issue?
