How to control Pentium M Speeds

  1. hey i have dell inspiron 9300 laptop with 1.73 ghz intel centrino... what
    programs out there lets me control the speeds as well as the fans while in
    windows... also is there a bios out there which unlocks the dell proprietary
    settings?
